CAROL JAMES

Think about the magnificent organization of your body structure, consider the bones as space makers, connective tissues as elements of pressure and tension. Let that soak in! Move a little with that concept, take a breath. Do you have more range of movement? Do you have more space in your body? Once your cells know a wee bit more space, like when you relax, you begin to change your body mind.
As a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist and Earth Based Healing Practitioner these are the questions and paths I wander with my clients.
I am delighted to join Ilana and friends and looking forward to the opportunity to assist you to make space and relax!

Chris Dunham

Chris provides a safe, nurturing space in which she works with her clients to shift gears from 'running at the speed of life' to slowing down to be right here in this moment.

One of her own practices is increasing my awareness of the body's inherent wisdom and capacity for healing/relaxation/reduction of stress; she hopes to share this learning and practice with her clients.

Rose Zonetti

As a massage therapist, I feel grateful and privileged to honor another’s body and soul through safe, nonjudgmental, therapeutic presence. In each of my sessions, I strive to create space for breathing into the marvel that is all of us, and in doing so, I hope to expand our potential for inward and outward connection, buoyancy, compassion, and joy.

Shira Melen

I offer integrative massage therapy, incorporating myofascial work and Neuromuscular Therapy (Trigger Point) along with other modalities. My work is quite slow, as if there is a conversation with the tissues rather than a lecture. There is never a routine and each visit looks a bit different, as I take time to listen to what the client's body is telling me. I use both my knowledge of anatomy and my intuition as I work. I believe each of our bodies has an innate wisdom to heal, and my goal is to provide the time and space to facilitate this process. Through both my massage work and yoga instruction, I hope to bring my clients more in tune with themselves. It is far too easy to become disembodied and distressed in our current world, and reconnecting with the physical body is a very powerful step in the healing process.
